Dangers of Snow fall

With the recent snow fall, it’s a good idea to walk around the house to make sure there isn’t any snow accumulations or snow drifts up against your house blocking your sidewall furnace and water heater vents. Snow can block exhaust sending hazardous gasses into your home. This can be the same for a clothes dryer. Since a clothes dryer is to remove moister from your clothes, the moist hot air must be vented. Also, if the exterior vent is covered by snow and ice there could be a buildup of heat which could cause a fire.
